At Louàne Tes Belle, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

 

 

EXCHANGES

 

We understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged or defective. In this case, we will gladly exchange the item for a new one. Please contact us at info@lounaetesbelle.com and we will assist you with the exchange process.

 

GIFTS

 

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, they will receive a gift voucher for the value of the returned item. We will send the gift voucher as soon as we receive the returned item.

 

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or if the giver received the item before giving it to the recipient, we will refund the original purchaser and they will be notified of the return.

 

SHIPPING

 

The cost of shipping for returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

If the value of the returned item is more than €200, we recommend using a shipping service with a tracking option or insurance to ensure the item is safely returned to us.

 

REFUNDS

 

We do not offer refunds for returned items. Instead, we offer exchanges or gift vouchers for the value of the returned item.

 

REPLACEMENTS

 

The time it takes to receive a replacement item depends on the recipient’s location.
